A highlight of every European Poetry Festival; a sold out audience witnessed an event to celebrate one of the continent’s most dynamic and original literary scenes with the visit of Austrian poets Mira Magdalena Sickinger, Lydia Steinbacher and Katarína Krupičková. These remarkable writers visited London to present new collaborations of poetry and performance, made for the night, with British compatriots, ably supported by many poets visiting the festival also collaborating. Atmospheric as ever in the remarkable environs of the Austrian Cultural Forum, this was a brilliant evening of live literature.
